GRANULATOR
The granulator has been designed and built to grind and granulate waste materials like plastic, rubber, wood, etc.
It comprises of a heavy welded steel frame. This framework is reinforced to make it solid and able to withstand the heavy strain to which they are subjected.

The rotor is made in Nl Cr Mo steel, surface-treated with deep ammonia hardening. It turns on heavy-duty revolving bearings, greased by a central lubrication unit.
Internally, it is provided with a series of channels through which cooling liquid flows to keep the temperature of the rotor and tools fitted to it low.

The temperature of the cooling liquid is kept low by a heat exchanger, to prevent fire inside the granulator.
The grind is made in wear proof steel drilled with holes, which vary in size and shape according to the materials to be granulated.

The tools are made in extra hard steel. Depending on the type of material being processed, they can be configured with double or single blades.
Maintenance operations are very quick. Opening the cover is very easy and changing of the tools is simple too.
