BEAD EXTRACTOR

Before shredding truck tyres it is necessary to remove the steel ring or bead from the inside rim.
Bead removal is carried out to prevent wear, lengthen the life of the blades and for easy recycling of the steel.

Truck tyres are placed into a large clamp and a hydraulic extendable pole with a hook on the end extends out through the tyre and on its return rips the bead out of the tyre. The Debeader is fully adjustable.
